Im SO mad right now! No weight loss in past 6 days. I hate this situation i don't see any progress neither in weight loss nor in my studying. Everyday i spend almost 7 hours at school and when i get home i should start studying right away (students like me should have at least 6 hours of studying+school) and when it gets to working out i have no power left so i do it easy and quick which im not happy with at all. And im also failing in sticking with diet. so i would appreciate any suggestion!

It can be so frustrating. Keep with it, Every good thing you do for your body will pay off but sometimes it takes a while for you to actually see the results. I give you Kudos for working so hard in school and still working out at the gym. I dont know what you are studying but is there anyway to study while you are working out? I know i used to do lots of flash cards while I was doing cardio. For some of my english clases there was even books on tape that I listened to while I was working out. Hope your week gets better and the scale gives you proof of how hard you have been working.

If you do something half way, you will only get half the results you could. You need to re-motivate yourself. Exercise helps relieve tension and can help you study better. You can sit there for 6 hours trying to study or sit there for 4 hours really focused and learn much more. When you get home from school, plan 30 minutes of good healthy exercise to help you relax and get refocused. You will feel good. Plenty of protein will help you lose fat, build muscle and give you energy. Snack on greek yogurt, fruit, veggies and hummus. Plan your day out and put it in to a cooler if you need to and bring it with you so all your food except dinner is planned out. You have to really want this and make time for yourself. Make yourself a priority. Good luck!

Thanks those comments were great. I have a question how much protein i can have in a day and what are the healthy sources of protein? Because i know meat and egg have a lot of protein but they have a lot of calories too, and also beans have plenty of protein in them but full of carbs!
