Hi everyone. I have been blowing it these past couple days. Now I weigh 202. So I am back on track today. I need to use self discipline. I am going to work out at the gym today and eat sparingly and healthfully. Today is May 13th 2017. I hope to be a solid 197 by May 20th. I know that is a lot but I have been at a plateau. Let's see.
Breakfast: Smoothie with kale, frozen fruit, and Pineapple juice. snack: omega three mix lunch: small salad with tuna snack: apple dinner: turkey burger with vegetables snack: yogurt
I have a yoga DVD so I might do that too. It's not really for toning or anything. The yoga DVD is to relieve stress.
