HEY THERE BUDDIES! Checking in. Doing the maintenance thing and seeing how I fare when stepping back from logging. Still very conscious of what I eat and maintaining in the 164 to 167 range. Wife says I got too skinny at 162, so I am happy where I am. Still facing challenging life situations, have been for most of 2012, but Im not going to let that derail the success and support I have enjoyed here. peeeeeaaaaceout!!!
