Okay today is a new day! Let me write down my eating plan first.
breakfast: kashi cereal with non fat milk morning snack: omega 3 mix lunch: apple snack: kind bar dinner: chicken fritter with vegetables on the side. evening snack: orange
Well I didn't stick to my diet again because I was out and about town all afternoon. I ate a smoothie for breakfast instead.
breakfast : smoothie with frozen bananas and peaches and Greek vanilla yogurt some raw oatmeal and some peanut butter.
came home: vegetable plate microwaved: cauliflower and broccoli and carrots with little bit of cheese
later: tortilla with light mayo and tomatoes. even later: 1/2 cinnamon raisen bagel with cream cheese
I had to base my diet on the fact that I will be running around again today. If I get home for lunch then I will have a delicious salad with ranch dressing this time. I know, I know. The ranch dressing is fattening. I am just using it until I come up with my own recipe. Who doesn't love ranch. LOL.I will post a picture soon. A selfie. I don't like pictures of me but who does when they are overweight. right? I am going to LA fitness today to see about a membership. Wish me luck. God bless. L, g.
Got a gym membership today and my training session is next Monday at 10 am . I plan on doing weight training and cardio. .... here goes again in my life.
