OK! 10-lbs off in the month of Jan! Need to keep focused since I got rid of all my clothes that I could fit into when I was close to 400 lbs. Never will I go there again!

Hi new buddy! :) I'm glad to read your determination to never go there again! Isn't it a wonderful feeling to toss out all the clothes from a larger size? Great job on January's progress! You will make your goal for April and then it's off to Mexico? Glad you are doing this for yourself and I bet your kids are proud of you. :)

Wow fantastic for Jan. Sounds like you have the mindframe to go all the way. Toss them there baggy clothes. No going back.

I recently had a clear out and chucked all my old fat clothes too. Great feeling, isn't it? Not only have you made a clear statement of your determination, but with 10lbs lost in Jan it sounds like you're really putting your words into actions. You're doing great, just keep focus and I just know you can reach your health goals :)
