Great job! Great WEIGHT LOSS! Congrads. Running is WAY over rated! Just work on keeping your heart rate up in the "aerobic" level. Running can be very hard on the body, and it feels great when you get going, but I'm gonna need a knee replacement from that and skiing. I'm now PROUD and greatfull to be a WALKER!!

I have that knee pain since i was only 10 years old.
Im still working on that tredmile running. i can't run for the whole 5 minute its SO hard for meee!!! I wanna cry on that becuase i know the reason is becuase im so FAT!!! :'( :'( i'd love to run someday!
