I'm not a fan of how this site averages out weight gain/loss. One day I'll put in my weight which to me is a nice 2lb loss and I get a warning saying I'm losing at a rapid rate of 10lbs a week. Today I put in my weight which is ONLY 1lb gain and now it indicates I'm gaining an average of 3.5lbs a week. BS. Yes, I understand the concept of averaging but it sure doesn't make me feel any better to have it printed out like that! I'd say 21lbs in 4/12 weeks is pretty sweet.

I don't journal at the same time I weigh in so I don't have to look at their dumb averages.

You are doing very well and should not be driven by the averaging system in use. You can see your progress on the chart and you should use that as your barometer. There will always be weight fluctuations, but as long as your overall progress is positive don't worry about them.
