Last night we went out to dinner to Marie Callender's. I was intending to just have their wonderful create-your-own salad bar but something from the menu caught my eye. Fresh salmon fillet seasoned w/lemon & pepper, topped with a creamy artichoke mushroom sauce & two jumbo Cajun shrimp. Yummy! I gave myself a break since I had eaten really well the rest of the day (all week for that matter). I did substitute the rice for veggies though. I'm feeling okay with this.

Overall my eating habits have gotten so much better. I am more aware of when I am truly hungry and eating at those times as opposed to eating just because it sounds good. And I no longer keep eating just because there is food on the plate or just because it tastes good thus only making myself feel uncomfortably full. It’s nice to not have that feeling! I shouldn’t feel guilty or wasteful for not finishing food!

You're doing great!! The occasional questionable dish won't put your weight loss in jeoprady, as long as it doesn't become a habit. And for the most part, your dinner sounds really yummy.
