Had lost one pound, yesterday. Must have been water. Ate prunes for breakfast since I hadn't had enough fiber the day before, but then my blood sugar crashed at noon, and I eventually had to lie down after lunch and then ran out of energy at the gym, twenty minutes into a chest/abs workout. Freaked out about work due on Monday so spent most of the day trying to get that done, but with the nap and low blood sugar wasn't able to. Tried again in the evening. Got discouraged and depressed. Drank too much and fell asleep at my desk. Not a good day.
