last night I ate alittle too much but I am proud of myself because I stopped before it was too too late and this morning I am back on track I feel good I am seeing that the key is to stop before its too late not to put yourself down for what you just ate and not to give up you just keep going forward. and when I say I ate too much well I had 1 chocolate chip cookie (small) I had 2 pieces of small laffey taffey and I had two spoonfulls of dinner instead of one then I quit and went to the living room I got my mind of eating by reading a fitness and shape magazine and then I watched a show with my daughter I did my work out in the morning so I was cool I did not feel stuffed like a turkey and I waited abt two hours before going to bed I stayed active picking up the living room and cleaning the kitchen so I can say I am proud of myself becasue usually my old over eating would have been a bag of cookies and 3rds of dinner :)
