I am so happy with my progress for the last 2 weeks. If I keep on keeping I will be fine, my goal for this week is to eat salads for lunch so that I can cut on calories, also I am going to try to eat eggs for breakfast because cereal have too many cards, if I stick with this I will probably loose a pound or two more, the goal for this week is to loose just 1 lb. So far I have lost.4 lb. so I only have .6 lb to go, hope I can go beyond that, but we will see, I'm gonna take one step at a time, I'm doing ok with the workouts at the gym. I play racket ball for 20 minutes and then I use elipticals for 30 minutes... may be I should add to that... but my time is limited.
