Put it on your calendar. Put your house keys in yoru gym bag, and lock it in the locker at the gym (so the only way you can get into your house is to go to the gym). You can do it. You WILL feel better after a work out. The pride of doing the right thing far out weighs the sugar in whatever you eat that's not good for you. You can do this.
