Today I woke up finding myself wondering what is it that has kept me heavy why is it that I can over come so manny other things in my life from having a hard child hood to a failed marriage to loseing my mom and my Nana who was also like my mom since she raised me from the time I was two months old to over coming certin demons I had in a dark time in my life. I even over came being shot in the face and my 7 year old son being shot and almost dying I over came over came over came but something so simple like eating right getting healthy seems to be the giant in the field that I can not over come!!!!!!!!!!!! It makes me angry at myself but This year I will exchange the I cants for I can and I am and the Giant will fall this year!!!!
