I did a little cardio yesterday and basically layed around as I was not feeling well. Yall, this is the wierdest thing. BF and I made cheeseburgers for lunch and i ate 2 on a piece of lettuce. Ofcourse, he was hungry for dinner and decided to p/u some pizza and bring it back to the house. We watched desperate housewives and i did not ONCE want a piece of that pizza. I just simply was not hungry or craving it at all. It is so wierd. My old self would finish a half of a pizza and have a craving for something sweet but not i eat and i am full.
I am ADHD like crazy and I never follow through with things but I have followed this diet to a "T." I have been 100% dedicated and am seeing results. Amazing..
