lost 2 pounds to my surprise but it is such a slow process it is really hard because some people can just lose weight and others like myself work out eat less and drink a gallon of water and I lose 2 pounds after a week of hard labor! I am not eating junk I am not being lazy I am drinking water staying away from sweets bread ect. but I have a feeling my weigh loss is going to be a very very slow process mostly in part to the fact that I have been on diets since I was 12 I think my body is shot and just cant seem to burn calories or fat or anything I just really feel like giving up today!!!!!!!!!!!
