When you and your S/O are on a budget and you're trying to eat healthy, but he's not. So I have to work with what I got lol. I'm not a chef. Eggs, bacon, strawberries, blueberries, and Rooibos tea.

One night this week I wasn't sure how to calculate the calories in what I made for my family so I just made something different for myself. Doing that each day will be time-consuming, so I may have to tell them they're going to be eating healthy too, or making their own food.

@flamingopmc, the crazy thing is that he says he wants to eat healthy to, but when we go food shopping, he picks a lot of the meat, and when he cooks it.. He makes it unhealthy, if know what I mean. Plus he rarely eats breakfast at home. He goes out and order a big plate of something... that's unhealthy.

Gotcha. My 17-year-old's favorite saying right now is "you do you", and I'm starting to adopt that train of thought. They don't have to be with me, just not against me. My husband is supportive, and that's a big help... I just gotta keep plenty of frozen pizzas in the freezer if I decide to cook something he won't eat. :-)
