last night I was so hungry I got home and ate a bowl of cereal but then I got so full I did not even drink my smoothie but I did eat some lime corn nuts it was a tiny pkg 100 calories but they were so good! I went to bed and was not hungry at all. It is getting better each day I also scoored with the budget gourmet meals each one is about 260 calories and I got a bunch of them at the 99 cents store they were only 99 cents each anyways I eat those for lunch but I have been doing is I warm it up with a 1/4 cup of frozen mixed veggies and then before I eat it I split it in half and put the half in a container for the next day for lunch it is working out very well I have not weighed myself I fell like I did gain weight but I still too afraid to check I will check on monday for my weigh in for my new challenge. If I did gain weight I will not be dissapointed becasue I am back on track this week and I will not give up or give in!
