I am starting to feel better each passing day yesterday was better then the day before I stuck to my meal plan and went home and made dinner for the kids with out dipping in to all the food lol and I served them and had my bowl of cereal and my grapefruit soothie and I was full and did not have to get up in the middle of the night because I was hungry. I have my jug of water next to my bed just incase so I dont feel tempted to go to the kitchen. I pray that this time is really the beginning of the end of my weight issues.
