It is Friday, once again, and just about all of us get on here every Monday morning and say, "I messed up", or "I fell off the wagon" or something like that. This entry is to find as many people as possible to be accountable to come Monday morning because I want to be able to get on first thing Monday and say "I kicked butt this weekend! How about you?" We always end up trying to pull each other up from weekends of bad eating at the beginning of each week. Let's find creative ways to enjoy our downtime like maybe a new guilt-free dessert or something like that. Maybe the best way to stay on track is to spend as much time outside as possible, either with the fam or by yourself or with friends or whatever. Let's just all do great this one weekend and prove to ourselves we can do it, no matter what we have going on.

I agree, I'm with you 100%. I pleged to be good this weekend and not cheat or spoil my diet. I will give you an update on Monday to let you know how I do. Good luck to you and everyone else who tries too!

Ah, what a great idea. I will do the same. In fact, I already almost cheated earlier and I thought about what you said about not wanting to pick myself back up on Monday and I am almost all the way through another cheat-free day. I hope your weekend is going well too.
