Yesterday was the hardest but it was good I went home and had a bowl of honey bunches of oats with almonds with skim milk and my smoothie and I was not hunger and when I got up about midnight I was hungery but instead I reached for my jug of water and downed it I was so full I went back to bed and slept like a baby until I had a dream that I peed on myself I woke up aboout 6:40 am and had to run to the restroom and no I did not pee on myself it was just a dream LOL!
