Today I let work get in the way. No workout and did not eat enough and when I did it was fast food. Calories OK, but only because I did not eat much. I am going to try to double up my workout tomorrow because I did not workout today. I am looking at this as a weekly thing and not daily. My next weight in will be Monday. I want to see about 2 to 3 pounds lost. LET'S DO IT!
