I need to move my rump, I am becoming so lazy these days, constantly tired which I am sure is due to lack of exercise. I have started to work in a supermarket, on the checkouts, I do stand when serving customers, but I need to get moving when not at work.
62,8 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 3,4 kg.    Sisa: 0 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

I would think working on checkouts would be good upper body exercise, burn lots of calories and be quite tiring. But yes, some walking would be good for you.
