Jurnal Tucson red, 10 Des 09

I am starting to feel better each day I know its only been four days since I really got back on track but it is amazing how much more energy you have when you eat right and exercise and drink plent of water. I get up feeling like I am ready not like Im still tired. I also like how my face stops being so greasy when I start eating right. And I am so blessed to have kids that are always giving me complaments especally my 7 year old son he tells me at least 2 times a day that I am pretty! And that makes me fell so good its especally hard when your a single parent I am dealing with a teen age son a pre teen daughter and my 7 year old and man they all demand different attention and sometimes I get caught up with them and forget to take care of myself but now I am starting to take care of myself first because if I dont then I wont be any good to my kids!
