ok...so far, i've been doing pretty well with retraining my eating habits...except the fact that since I am so busy... I tend to not have time to eat, which results in my being so hungry that I want to eat everything in sight! I have to remember to keep healthy snacks with me at all times so that this does not happen when I go to work, in a diner with lots of food and temptation. I guess it's just another work hazard...but that pumpkin pie was sure worth those calories...lol.

1828 kkal Lemak: 54,93g | Prot: 77,45g | Karb: 262,66g.   Makan Pagi: beans, Nature Valley Maple and Brown Sugar Granola Bar. Makan Siang: mineral water, home made chicken egg noodle soup, beans, white rice. Makan Malam: coffee, chicken ceasar salad, glory foods canned collard greens, mashed cauliflower, turkey meatloaf, butter, challah bread. Camilan/Lainnya: pumpkin pie. lagi...
