Going to the park in a little bit to play tennis. Then coming back home and doing some home workouts. I actually had a sweat session yesterday and it was fantastic. Haven't sweated like that in a while and I really felt like I was making progress. I did a hip hop dance workout, for beginners of course, and it really was a good workout. I'm probably going to do a kick boxing workout today. Those always tend to make you burn the calories. lol
