Well my time at the hospital is over. Unfortunately, my dad lost his battle with the cancer. I have been trying to get out and walk once a day. Been wearing the pedometer everyday too. Yeaterday and today I passed the 10,000 a day mark. YAY!

Hopefully now I can get my eating back in check. Been trying really hard to steer clear from the comfort food, but it's not easy. I try to check my calories and keep the cals withint the 400 range. It ticks me off when I cant record my food entries, it's so much easier to keep track of stuff that way.
