With my dad in the hospital it's been hard to stay with any plan. This always happens. Every time I try to stick to a diet and exercise program the first week or two go fine. Then all of a sudden something will happen to screw me up: schedule change, get a cold, now this. I'm never gonna lose this weight!
Hopefully this week I can figure out how to squeeze in the exercise and the cooking, and the house work, and keep my sanity!
