Went to gym last night over an hour, I felt somewhat nauseous so I did light weights and didn't do my usual routine 100%... I just couldn't force myself... however I did burn some calories and worked out anyway!

The food side is good, no complaints nothing sweet or unhealthy these days... good stuff.
Friday should be a night out, will see.. if that is... I will have a few drinks but I am prepared for it and I want to have some fun... so all is good!

Wednesday... getting there slowly.

What counts is that you did manage to go to the gym and work out. It doesn't matter that you did not do your usual routine, something is better than nothing. Go ahead girl, go out Friday night and have some fun and even a few drinks. You deserve it!

Glad to see you got to work out even though you weren't feeling 100%. It's tough enough when you are feeling great, let alone when you aren't feeling well... You are definitely an inspiration.

ZAHANMA like I said above... whatever we do is good after all we do it to ourselves and for ourselves... and thanks again for thinking that I am an inspiration, it feels good to be an example to something many of us ary trying to achieve. Success is a big prize is all I can say!
