I actually reached this goal in July but life has been crazy to follow-up with it here ;)
So I guess that means I need to reset the next goal, eh?
I am going to choose a much smaller goal since I remember my speed swimming weight to be 185 lbs from 40 years ago. Let's see...hmmm...okay, new goal will be another 20 lbs and then will go from there.
