working is sometime overwhelming..especially when you have to travel alot. then u have to eat whatevers available. havent been in gym for over 2 weeks now.. im trying to make up for it by just having fruit during the day and eating supper in the evening..

Yes, it's hard when you travel, but you can stay on plan. You can go to local supermarket and get some fruit and yogurt. There are apps that help you find healthful choices in the area. You can look up local places and make the best choices. It does take some planning. I get a burger from Steak and Shake and side salad (so good). Many restaurants will cook food the way you want. It does take practice though. When we travel, we get stressed and tend to give ourselves permission to eat whatever we want (who hasn't done that, lol). If you stay in hotels, look to see if they have gyms. Many have small ones now. Bring your sneakers and get in a walk.
