3 days til my 5K race on 9/11. Colors are white, blue and red. Time to update my closet LOL Did my last run today, no exercising til sun, need 2 days rest, no lifting either, arghh, is it over yet? LOL
Anyway my goal is to finish under 25mins! :D

27:45 lol I went too fast at the beginning, 7mph for 2miles cos the crowd was huge, I had to speed up and go around slow ppl so I got really bad cramps at mile 2, couldn't breath in so I stopped twice and lost some time, but still not bad. 42nd place among women 25-29 years old. Def training more now and doing same 5K next year, it was fun! :)
