I was just looking over my food log, and actually took some time to understand it better. I realized that I am eating too many carbs, too much fat, and not enough protein. No wonder I am having trouble losing weight. Looks like I need to try to eat more protein, duh!

I also picked up the 400 Calorie Fix book at the library yesterday. Anxious to see what kind of 400 calorie recipes they have. I like the idea. Eat 400 calorie meals, 3 times a day. That gives you a 1200 calorie diet. I might be better off with 400 cals, 4 times a day. We shall see what happens!
