OK so I fell off for a while. I was stagnant and I allowed myself to deviate. Hopefully the deviation pattern and a return to accountability will allow me to regain focus and contine the healthy trend again. I know my body like the 270's but I do not.

Just being able to recognise where you've gone wrong and coming back here to reassess where you're at shows you're ready to continue the journey.
