Another realization - cooking is my creative outlet other than the gardens. I NEED that outlet.

By cooking less (nearly empty nesting) and needing to focus on proteins, I lose some of that outlet, some of that creativity, some of that daily focus on serving my family.

This is a hard one.

Yeah I can understand that... Maybe you can do something like sharing pics here or on insta or something and inspire people with continued creativity. There are things you can do with proteins that could be fun
