I know I talked about how freaked out I was about not being able to do all my exercises this last week...the pool was closed for maintenance, pilates class was cancelled, and the soccer season is over. All that was scheduled this week was my Hot Yoga class, which I went to 4 times.

Well, I've been working out 2-3 times every day for the previous 3 weeks and it was a little stressful to think of not being able to burn all of those calories. Yes, I know I could've replaced those exercises with something else, but I am a creature of habit.

But I'm not taking this in as a negative thing. I'm looking at it as though the universe is telling me to take it easy this week. It's OK. And I've eaten a little more this week than usual - I think that's a side effect of not drinking as much water because I'm not working out as much. But again, I'm OK with it. I'm not super woman - I am human. Thanks, universe, for reminding me.

you deserve to take it easy! Maybe it will kick your body into a faster weightloss mode since it is getting a break!
