Ok the one thing that i found i am good at is starting over. but in hindsight i guess it is good i start. so here i go again...i can do it i can do it i can do it

if you have entered in all the food you eat each day, i can tell you that most of the time you are not enough calories. have your figured out how many calories you need each day per your weight and exercise level? that is one of the first things i learned here on FS and was able to add 200 calories per day and im still steadily losing weight. I have been told that if you do not have enough calories your body thinks you are starving it so it will hold on to all your weight by slowing your metabolism way down. good luck!
