find that during the week i typically can keep the calories under control, but the weekends are killing me.
between parties or eating out, half the time i'm not even sure how to calculate the calories because i'm not sure what all is in something.
any tips for still enjoying the weekend without gaining weight (i know it's probably water weight from all the sodium it goes away in a couple days) but it's like starting over every monday.
