Thank you so much , Mark. 😃 I do like this type of fish. 🦈 I am not sure how much it is going with the salad, but it is a delicious and very light meal ( especially for a dinner ). 😉

I see you have become less restrictive, instead of more restrictive, seeing your bio. That will inspire a lot of people! Mediterranean seems far more enjoyable for most of us, than keto or fasting. (Skipping or delaying the occasional meal, but not planning on skipping it, isn’t fasting XD).
If someone has to do what you used to do, that’s fine too!
I also enjoy lots of whole plant foods, even during phases when I am not in the best shape, even in phases where I *also* eat too much junk/exercise too little. They’re just so satisfying, whether I am doing well with other habits or not.

I am fully agree with you. I have tried restrict myself in certain types of foods, I have tried fasting ( with hypoglycaemia it is a little bit challenging, even I am not a diabetic ). So, with restrictions and fasting I had some binge eating and emotional eating disorder. With changing to the Mediterranean diet my relationship with the food got healthier.
