OMG! I can't believe I lost 3 pounds this week!!! And I hit my "vegas" goal and I hit my 179 pound goal with my friend Donna. Goodbye 180's forever and ever and ever!
YEAH ME!
What went well this week: Stayed focused on my exercise. I really like that I moved my workouts to the morning. It helps me get started for the day. I also stayed on plan during the weekends -- eating several pounds of cherries. (only 260 cals for a pound). I'm loving the hot yoga. The pounds are just melting right off!!!
What I struggled with this week: I struggled with being prepared for lunches and breakfasts. My grill ran out of gas and I was too lazy to go buy more and then that escalated into not having the right tools to cook everything that was in my weekly menu. I also slacked off on my veggie eating again this week. Really need to step that up this week.
Overall, a great week and a great weight! However, I have noticed that when I have a big weight loss, it is usually followed by a mini-plateau. So, I'm ready for it if it wants to come on!
Now that I've hit my official fatsecret goal, I'm going to restart my diet with my next goal -- getting to a size 8. I don't know exactly how many pounds that will be, but I'm guessing around 155. I've got some mini goals along the way. After I go to Vegas, I'm going to slow down the WL and maybe go for 2 pounds/month and take the last 20 pounds reallllll slow.
