Still down some. Not a ton but some. When I weigh in I weigh on a digital scale and it sits and debates between numbers before picking one of them and giving me the results. Today is sat and debated over 201.6 and 200.6 which to me is a huge difference. I worked out last night and I really should change my weigh in date to be a different day rather then right after a night work out. Do to the muscle damage rebuilding I always way more then I actually do. So I will weigh again tomorrow.
