Wow. it's not looking good for my weight loss. this is the least I've lost. and it's been so consistent that I'm thinking I might have trouble losing more. I'm glad it's consistent at least but I'm wondering if I should change anything. my Bp is high. I have not been adhering well to the goal of limited calories. despite the limits on exercise I'm not as active otherwise. without being adherent to calories can't say this exercise is not enough. I need to be able to maintain the exercise. 3 months without a pound drop despite adherence equals change the system. I'm impatient to lose more weight, but in the big scheme, I have the ready of my life to do this, so what's a month? It could take a year of this same effort to reach my goal weight. I will not get the same kind of attention as I've been getting because it will not come off as quickly now. accustomed to attention. might be lonely without it. soar.
