The garlic shrimp right out of the oven. Melt 1/2 stick of butter w/ 3 minced garlic cloves and 2 tbsp lemon juice and pour it over shrimp. Season w/ salt, pepper, Old Bay & Tajin. Bake at 350° for 14-15 mins.

Did you know there is 405 calories and 46g fat in your butter! Spray it with some avocado spray and saute… keep it healthy folks.

Looks delicious I love seafood. I ate shrimp yesterday and when I'm feeling down and have the ability to splurge it's one of the few things that can get me to eat. ^^ I hope you enjoyed your meal. Don't feel too guilty about the mother either both of my great grandmothers ate butter their entire lives one lived to be 94 and the other to 96 neither had any issues with cholesterol. Obviously if you have issues with cholesterol this is not an endorsement to eat things that would give you issues with that... I'm just giving her my two cents on the matter. I'm not against avocado oil (I've never had the opportunity to try it as it's outside my price range). Although aerosols and sprays worry me as there have been some studies that show some "concerns" with spray on lubricants while I meant they are very convenient I typically will just use the old fashioned method of lubricating the pan and then using a flower method if I need to stop a cake from sticking.
