just tried to add my weight ticker to my posts. don't know if it's working yet. been drinking tons of h2o. most days i can't even make my whole rdi maybe because of all the h2o? it feels wrong to force myself to eat & get uncomfortable just to have "eaten enough". what does anyone else do?

Ever since I've improved my dietary choices, I get full easier without consuming a ton of calories. So there are a lot of days where I am 400 calories under my RDI.
My advice is to not stuff yourself if you haven't met your RDI. If your body is telling you that you are full, then let it slide.
