Hello everyone. How are you. Today is a big day , and it is a weight in the day. On the 1st of January, my weight was 105 kg. Today, 27th of January, my weight is 100 kg. I am on a new diet ( I have never tried this diet before ). It is a Mediterranean diet , plus I am researching an anti-inflammatory diet , too. I do eat 3 days of food with my husband, and the rest of the week, I am eating whatever I am cooking for myself. This arrangement does work for me well. I managed to exercise 17 days out of 27. For the other 10 days, I was in bed with pains in the back, hips, and leg ( and could not move at all ). For these 17 days, I walked outside, or i did aerobics at home.
