My grandma invited me over to her house today for some pot roast that she made. She put potatoes, onions, and carrots in it. I had a decent amount but not too much. I haven't recorded a weigh-in for 15 days....so tomorrow I am going to. I would really love to see a drop, but I'm not sure I will. This week I'm going to exercise more. I've been slacking. I can't get anywhere without putting a little effort into it. I haven't had a lot of energy lately..not sure why.
