After last Friday's weigh in and my numbers going up again I went into the 7-11 to get a drink before going into work and the lady at the checkout counter asked how my day was going. I told her after having a bad weigh in I'm getting frusterated and she gave the suggestion of laying off the soda pop completely. Cutting it completely out and then doing a bit more excercise. She gave me her weight loss story and said she did this and lost 30# in 6 months. Of course after Friday's weigh in I'm willing to try anything. So here I am on day 4 of no soda pop which is a huge accomplishment for me. I use to be a huge coke drinker and it took a lot for me to change to diet coke but now that I have its going to be a tougher challenge to stop it completely. I am starting to get the headaches of lack of caffeine but I'm not craving anything. I stocked up on crystal light packets and bottled water and hope that I can stay focused on accomplishing this. I hope to head to the gym tonight after class.

We'll see how I do.
