Lol I can't tell if you're joking but just in case 'scale' being size reference. That remote is for the TV. If you are joking, then lol was just shocked at size vs cals

Looks good! 30g of protein is a good amount per meal! I try & eat around 550 to 600 or so per meal to keep me fuller longer.

Luckeymiddleton: 1 can of hearts of palm, diced, 1/2 cup frozen tyson diced oven baked chicken, 1/2 cup canned black eyed peas, 1 tomato on the vine diced, put all in microwave safe container. Add onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and tapatio hot sauce: to taste, mix. Top with 4tsp grated Parmesean cheese. Microwave 5 minutes mixing halfway through. Super easy and quick!
