It is now 2:18 a.m. I wish I was sleepy to the point of not being able to keep my eyes open, but I'm not that sleepy at all. I say that I wish I was that sleepy cause I don't wanna be tempted to munch. lol. I just want to be asleep. I know I can always lay down, but I know it would take me like an hour to fall asleep.

Anyway, I'm just going to have to have self control. But it's going to be hard because I am hungry. I did munch on some baby carrots and some crackers and hummus. That's all I'm willing to eat though lol. I fixed my boyfriend some grilled cheese sandwiches and I kinda wanted to have one myself, but I didn't.

I did pretty good on my eating today, but it started off kind of bumpy. As soon as I woke up, my boyfriends mom offered me a fried chicken patty from a fast food joint. I wasn't going to eat it, but I thought okay Ashley, its the first meal of the day, so maybe it won't be that bad, just as long as you eat better after that. lol. And I did eat better!

I even got a stroll in today, about 45 mins. So all in all, I think I did pretty well for the day.
