I went to bed last night thinking about this frozen sausage, egg, and cheese croissant. It's really not a healthy choice at all but it sounded pretty good. So this morning I decided I would only eat half of it. It wasn't as good as I thought it was going to be anyway lol. So I'm feeling pretty good about not eating the whole thing. Not sure what I'm going to have for dinner yet. I might eat some fish fillets. They aren't that bad for you so I think it will be okay. I've been seeing my weight go down and I REALLY don't wanna mess that up! I am trying to get to 199 lbs by January 1st 2016 and I have about 16 more pounds to lose. I really need to accomplish this one thing.
