I had mentioned yesterday that I wish my boyfriend would want to lose weight with me, but hes not interested. Well I found someone who is :) My cousin Ali is going to start this weight loss journey with me. We have decided that were going to go to the gym twice a week and walk and lift weights the five other days of the week.
We have set up an eating schedule too. Since shes in school she gets up early and eats breakfast at 6:35 a.m. So I'm gonna eat my breakfast with her. Then were gonna have a small snack around 9:00 a.m. Then have our lunch at 11:45 a.m. Then around 3:00 p.m were going to have another small snack. And finally at 7:00 p.m. we will have dinner. And not anymore food for the night. And of course we will be making healthy food choices for all our snacks and meals.
Dividing up your meals like that will help your metabolism start working better. We have decided to reward ourselves every 10 pounds we lose. And once we reach 40 pounds lost, were gonna do something big and great. And finally once we lose 80 pounds were probably going to reward ourselves with a tattoo! We will have reached our goal weight by then and we will be sooo happy :)
